ARC Applications

Please use the ARC application to submit plans to the Pine Ridge at Haverhill Board of Directors for any project which would involve: cutting into, removing, replacing, altering walls, install of floors and/or ceilings; replacing a bathtub or shower.  Changing the exterior of the unit/building in any way. Any improvement that requires a county permit such as a front door or window replacement or enclosing patios. Please review Palm Beach County Building code when electrical or plumbing jobs are considered.

HOMEOWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AND SUBMITTING THE FOLLOWING:

  • Contractor’s Certificate of Liability Insurance (1 million per occurrence is required). Pine Ridge at Haverhill Condominium Association and Seacrest Services MUST be named as additional insured on the contractor’s certificates of insurance. 1 certificate for each and with the right address.
  • Worker’s Compensation Insurance Certificate or Exemption.
  • Any necessary permits by Palm Beach County.
  • A detailed description of materials, dimensions, drawings, pictures, material, specs, and samples, etc.
  • Sample of material: (i.e: flooring, accordion shutter, window, and etc.)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • WRITTEN APPROVALS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL PROJECTS PRIOR TO START.
  • Allow up to twenty (20) days for processing and response from the date of submission.
  • Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing may need a permit. Please ask your contractor.

All ARC applications must be dropped off at the office. We do not accept ARC applications over email.
