We have completed the installation of the new call box!

Please watch the User Guide Below & the read additional instructions found under the video.

Although we feel confident that the database was successfully transferred into the new system, there may still be a few glitches. We kindly ask you to notify the office if there are discrepancies with your access, in order for it to be corrected immediately.

Please be aware that the new phone number linked to the call box is 941-800-5987. Make sure to update the number on your phones so you don’t miss any calls from the call box.

Also, we will no longer be using the # sign before your directory code. All directory codes will now contain 4 digits instead of 3 if you have been assigned a 3 digit code a zero has been added to the front. For example: if your directory code was #123, your new code will be 0123.

Please be advised that our new directory system operates by VOIP line.

If you are experiencing “Call Failure” upon entering your directory code your service provider has blocked the call box number.

Please contact your service provider, ask for technical support, and have the number 941-800-5987 unblocked.
