Screening Applications

Please make sure that the application is submitted 14 days prior to the following screening. If you have any questions, please call us at 561-471-1153

To ensure that your application is processed in a timely manner, please make sure that:

  • All applicants over the age of 18 are added to the application as applicants and to the lease as lessees (dependent children are exempt, however; additional information is required).
  • Minimum Credit score(s) of 620 required for acceptance per applicant. The minimum score requirement for each applicant does not pertain to a married couple. (ONE MUST HAVE 620)
  • The screening application is completely filled out.
  • The current owner on record contact information and signature(s) are not missing.
  • All applicants over the age of 18 sign and initial in all areas that are required.
  • The pet page is signed by all applicants. Regardless if there is a pet or not, you must acknowledge our pet policy!
  • The collection of rents addendum (tenant’s applications) is completely filled including the name(s) of the owner(s) and tenant(s), the correct lease executed date, and property address is listed.
  • A credit/background check authorization form is included for each applicant.
  • Denial of Application page is signed by both the current owner and all applicants.
  • Rules and Regulations pages are initialed and signed by each applicant.

All the supplemental documentation listed on page one of the applications is included:

  • Copy of the fully executed Lease Agreement or Contract for Sale Copy(s) of government-issued picture ID.
  • Copy of Social Security card.
  • Copy(s) of all vehicles (1) vehicle per person and in the applicant’s name(s)
  • If applicant’s name is not on the registration insurance policy is required
  • Copy of marriage certificate if applicants are married (certified translation for foreign certificates)
  • Processing fee

Once you submit your complete screening packet, we will start processing it. Our screenings are every other Monday. You will receive an email the Friday before the screening with the time & instructions. All tenants must attend in person to be approved, out of state & beyond buyers have the option of attending virtually with a representative present. Please refer to our calendar for orientation dates.

ONLINE APPLICATIONS:

We have outsourced our application screening & submission process. Applicants will still be required to attend the orientation however this should vastly improve the overall process & ease at which it is completed.
